This service had previously been suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions. Members will then be notified by email once a reserved item becomes available for collection. Library members can reserve any in-stock items from the library catalogue either online or in person, for pick-up from a Solihull library.

Reserving itemsįrom Monday 11 October 2021, members of Solihull Libraries have access to a new free reservation service, enabling them to reserve up to ten items. If your items are overdue please contact your nearest library, the renewal number above or email may not be able to renew items if they have been reserved by another customer. You can renew your items online 3 times before you are required to bring them in to the library. Items may not be renewed online where they are more than 3 days overdue. If you hold a library membership card but don't know your PIN number, please email help section Use My Account has specific instructions on renewing items. To access your account you will need your library membership card (which contains your borrower number) and your PIN. Go to the online library catalogue Renewal This includes books, CDs, DVDs and audio books. You can search our library catalogue for items held by all Solihull libraries. Our COVID-19 page can help you understand the changes when visiting a library and see what other services are available. Library services available during COVID-19 Emagazines will remain with Overdrive/Libby and eNewspapers through PressReader and Newsbank will be unaffected. Migration of eBooks and eAudio books to Borrowbox - May 2022įrom 3rd May, all Solihull Libraries’ eBook and eAudio book content will move to BorrowBox.
